The Python Extraction Skid is a modular, ready to run extraction system which incorporated a Python Continuous Ethanol Chilling System, a Python Extraction & Drying System, and a Python Recirculation & Filtration System. All these processes are skidded, have piping complete, and complete electrical integration from a single operator control interface.

Python Continuous Cooling Skid
The Python continuous cooling skid is a complete package cooling system. It processes ethanol from room temperature to -40C, at a flow rate based on the Extraction Skid selected. The continuous cooling is more efficient than batch cooling, and allows tighter process controls. Our cooling system has significantly lower operational costs over LN2 chilling systems. The continuous cooling system allows for cold extraction, which eliminated the requirement for winterization which greatly reduces the cycle process time.
Python Ethanol Extraction & Drying System
The Python ethanol extraction & drying system is a ultra efficient, batch style extraction system. This system has significant benefits over reactor style ethanol extraction systems, since it both performs the extraction and also drying of the material for maximum solvent removal from the plant material.
Python Recirculation & Filtration System
The Python recirculation & filtration system has a double jacketed recirculation tank, which is used to hold the solvent between batches to pass the solvent over multiple batches of plant material to maximize the solvent saturation. This system keep the recirculating solvent cold so it does not pull unwanted compounds from the plant material. It also includes a triple cascade filtration system which can filter and provide color remediation prior to solvent recovery.
Python Integrated Control System
The Python Ethanol Extraction Skid, which is made of all three processes above, is configured and integrated together as a complete system. The control platform is a state of the art platform designed by Python, for a single operator system, with automated process controls for recipe management, ethanol cooling, and recirculation. There is no manual valve turning, or monitoring required, it is all processed through our automated control system.
